Registered Nurse · Lead Instructor

Graduate of Mount Mercy University

Eugenie Nzombo is a registered nurse and master's-prepared educator with a deep commitment to making healthcare careers accessible to everyone — regardless of where they come from or what language they speak at home. A graduate of Mount Mercy University, she brings both clinical expertise and a genuine passion for teaching to every class she leads.

As the founder of a healthcare staffing agency, Eugenie spent years placing qualified CNAs across Iowa — and in doing so, identified a persistent gap: aspiring nursing assistants who had the drive but lacked instruction that truly met them where they were. That gap became the foundation for this institute.

Fluent in English, French, Lingala, and Swahili, Eugenie designed this program to serve multilingual learners. Every concept — including medical terminology — is taught in a way that ensures every student understands the material, not just memorizes it. Her goal is simple: every graduate walks into their Iowa CNA Registry Exam and their first shift with full confidence.
